This might sound wild, but I’ve been digging into something lately that’s been sitting right under our noses and it might explain why so many good wholesalers lose deals they should’ve closed.
It’s not bad leads.
It’s not follow-up.
It’s not even pricing.
It’s something way simpler… and honestly kind of invisible until you see it.
I started noticing a strange pattern two wholesalers running the same playbook, same market, same lists… but one keeps landing deals and the other keeps getting ghosted.
After looking closer, I found one small thing that made the difference and it’s not what most people would guess.
Now I can’t unsee it.
I’m still testing it with a few people quietly, but the results have been pretty crazy so far.
