Looking for Acquisitions Manager (Wholesaling)
I’m looking for a real closer — not someone who “wants to learn,” not someone who “might give it a try.” If you don’t already have at least 1 year of experience in real estate wholesaling/acquisitions, this isn’t for you.
What we’re doing:
Outbound text campaigns – Direct to Agents (DTA) & Direct to Sellers (DTS),
Generating inbound leads daily,
The problem: I’m outside the U.S., so follow-up is slipping through the cracks,
That’s where you come in.
Who I need:
Confident and skilled on the phone, able to build real long-term relationships,
Sharp at analyzing deals, running numbers, and locking up contracts quickly,
Organized, disciplined, and relentless with follow-up,
What’s in it for you:
50% JV split on every deal you close,
2-week probation period to prove you can perform,
3-month contract to start, with the potential to extend if you deliver results,
