JV METHODS w/Rick&Zach
When deals possibly come up, would they steal them from you if you submit an "opportunity" to them via their submission portal without a signed contract? Since I'm so green and the contract templates offered through here aren't exactly compliant per their own recommendations to run them by a RE lawyer first, I would like to send them to them and I would just sign their JV form to get my cut. Is that a viable option?
