Another Hedge Fund that is looking in: Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville, Ft Myers, Ocala, Lake City, St Lucie, Stuart, FT Pierce, West Palm, Port Charlotte, Titusville, & Melbourne, FL. They are looking for small rehabs. No Complete Rehabs, Tear Downs, or Severe Fire Damage, No Flood Houses or Zones, No Condos or Townhomes. 3/2s minimum, SFR/SFH, 1970+built, 1100+SF, $250K max cash deals.
