I’ve been diving deeper into wholesaling and one thing I’ve realized is that finding deals is only half the battle. The other half is actually getting those deals in front of the right eyes (buyers/sellers) so you’re not just spinning your wheels.
Curious — how are you guys currently handling the promotion/dispo side? Are you relying mostly on cold calls, FB groups, or JV partners?
