Is Hiring a VA starting out bad?
Anyone with experience that have done this any tips? I run a carpet cleaning business and it takes up most my time as of right now, I want to get into real estate through this way to build capital. I also don’t wanna come home after a long day of carpet cleaning to call 100 leads and be dreadful or burnt out after 30 calls or so and also feel like the hot time is 12PM-5PM as of the research I have done In Greensboro NC area. I was thinking with a VA, I can focus on my business let them do all the cold calling then sit down and call the motivated sellers
Has anyone that had actually done this had success? Do you recommend I power through and call myself at the start, or is it worth paying a VA from day one to avoid burnout?
Any advice from people who’ve actually done this would mean a lot
