I'm at an impass!!

Guys I'm having a hard time out of almost 200 calls I've only got 2 leads that winded up being not good deals. What am I doing wrong I went and bought xleads I have the basic plan. I did have an option to include off market but that option is gone but I'll call the whole list of vacant or pre foreclosures or high equity and nothing I tried pulling government lists for pre foreclosures but I'm not getting addressing to import to xleads what am I doing wrong I'm looking for help to achieve my first deal would really appreciate the advice and help
