I need a serious cash buy for a deal I got under contract in Punta forda Florida. closing day July 10th

Contemplating on doing the m2m just because feel like it'll fast track the money and knowledge we just had a baby our 3rd but I'm worried that 1. I'd have no the time to do it cause of my 3 kids and full time job. 2. Being able to chance the money on starting it when I only have that much to ourselves for the month. Anyone in it and or know the success rate of the program?

Guys I'm having a hard time I'm trying to renegotiate with this deal I have under contract currently trying to jv with Mike Garcia and he said his team said it's because of certain reason but she doesn't want to renegotiat but the contract is still in place but I'm gonna reach back out layer in the week. But my question is I have the money for one of either xleads and or dollar leads. But I don't have access to a computer yet I wanted to wait till my first deal end to end but now Christmas is coming up and I can't even really get anything for my boys so I'm stressing. But idk what would be better for either a first or second deal beginner software to use. Can anyone help me or guide me? I'm also trying to show everyone this is real my family and even my in laws are trying to discourage me but I'm stubborn and don't let people tell me I can't or this or that won't work
