I do not understand how we get a contract signed at a price, but we do not know if the buyer is going to agree to that price, but then we are under contract and it makes us look really, really bad if we cannot fulfill that contract. Do we tell the seller, this is what I am going to TRY to move your property for and my buyer will decide if they like it or not. That is a lot of unknown! I am not sure I can operate like that. I try to be uplifting and positive but I feel like I am back to square one. Feeling very confused about the entire process.
I guess part of it is meeting the buyers, buy box! One would hope if it falls into that then they will buy it. Also, a reason I feel like zombie, fix and flips are the easiest to get under contract and get moved!
