Getting contracts! We have to do it!
I am scared to get my first contract! I am scared I will not have a buyer to take it. I have a list of buyers, but I...just don't know! I heard someone say that cancelling contracts was just part of wholesaling. I hate that for the seller! I know I am not digging as deep as I can. Thoughts?
