Here's a simple system I've been building out:
- Leads come in from any source like Facebook ads, website forms and referrals
- Each lead gets scored automatically based on their situation, timeline and motivation
- Depending on their score they get routed into a high, medium or low priority sequence, each with its own follow-up intensity
Built this for an 8-figure property company and it increased booked meetings by 5% per week
