How to put a probate property in Escrow??
Im putting a probate property under contract tomorrow. The probate process isnt complete yet and I need to know: Do I still need to submit the contract to escrow as soon as possible with the contingency of the probate proceedings being finished? or do I need to do something special with the court system to put it through escrow before the deceased name is taken off the deed. I need some guidance on this. THANKS!
