Hitting a wall
How are y’all getting a hold of builders that ACTUALLY buy infill lots??!
I spent hours on the phone Monday and yesterday calling and emailing builders to get their criteria to add to my list and it’s hard even getting in contact with anyone.
The few who did answer or return my call are looking for acreages.
I called them, sent a text, emailed, and then called again after I went through my list and only got 4 companies to provide criteria. I’ll be calling those who didn’t answer or respond again today.
I thought buyers/builders would be easier to contact than sellers but I was VERY wrong. 😑
