AR has been good to me! Got a contract yesterday and assigned it to my buyer about 2 hours later! Turned in paperwork to title and scheduled to close in about 2 weeks! Feeling grateful to God for the momentum I’m starting to build!

God is good y’all! I closed on a house in Denver, CO on Friday, July 25th and made a $14k fee on it. My JV partners put in a lot of work on the dispo side and made a decent fee as well. Shout out to Max Dispo! I also closed on a vacant lot in Bella Vista, AR on Monday and made $1k on it. It’s small, but I’ll take it! Should have another one under contract here in the next couple hours, God willing. All from the comfort of my home in El Paso, TX! God’s timing is perfect! I have a lot of big expenses coming up and these checks couldn’t have come at a better time. Stay at it guys! Keep God first and everything else will fall into place.

Soooo remember the other day before thanksgiving I locked up 3 properties from a seller while making an hour drive ?..wellll, I just got the 4th signed like 20 minutes ago and the buyer is sending his team to view the 5th one today!…The 6th deal is in NC,waiting for eviction to finalize and got buyers already at verbal agreement of 10k profit but I can get more ! Trying to hit 50k profit this month‼️Thanks God❤️🙏🏾….Check email from my buyer who’s a really close friend lol,he wants me to get PAID!!!
