Hi everyone How are you🥲

I’ve learned about 80–85% of the real estate process, including cold calling, script tracing, and lead qualification. I’ve practiced a lot and had some good results, but I don’t have the budget to purchase a dialer or other tools to start closing my first deal.

I’m looking for an investor or wholesaler to work with — I can assist with their deals as a virtual assistant while continuing to work on my own. This way, I gain experience, help generate results, and it’s a win-win for both of us.
