Hedges and faux BuyBoxes🤣
My early experience with Hedges is that even tho their buy box says up to 400k in most major markets, their rejecting turnkey contracts, and telling me they want rehab properties, they can get for for less then 130k. Why not just say that on the buy box? So do certain hedges buy Turnkeys and certain hedges buy rehab?
