How a good relationship can save a deal!!!!!

I had a Wholseller reach out to me today for emd funding. It needed to be funded today!! In less than 2 hrs we had contracts signed and funded!!

It is always helpful when you have worked with someone in the past and know how they will perform.

But having a lender who will execute exactly as they say makes all the difference in the world.

Doing as you say and helping the borrower get everything across the Finnish line with Title( as it refers to funding) will keep your borrower coming back with more deals.!!!
