when you break it, you don’t continue from where you stopped.
You start again.
Not from the momentum you had.
Not from the discipline you built.
But from the beginning.
Consistency isn’t about motivation.
It’s about showing up even when you’re tired, unsure, or uninspired.
If you need rest, take it.
But don’t disappear.
Because continuing while tired is hard
but starting over is harder.
