Saw a FSBO listed at $125k. Seller preferred texting — so I kept it simple and confident.
I offered $80k.
He replied:
“I’d do $85k.”
That’s $40,000 off asking, just by going for the no.

I don’t know — but what I do know is that it’s one lead closer because I took simple action.
Don’t wait for perfect.
