If you’re just starting in wholesaling, here are 3 steps I wish I knew earlier,
Build a simple cash buyer list you don’t need 100 buyers, just 3-5 serious ones.
Focus on motivated sellers instead of chasing every lead Don’t overcomplicate contracts keep them simple and protect yourself .Rather than calling or messaging about 200 buyers or seller in a day there are some other ways for you to close deals, a motivated buyer or sellers are very easy to close deals with . Just locked up a small deal last week. Assignment fee wasn’t huge $5k, but it reminded me that consistency , perfection, strategies Even small deals add up! Anyone else close a deal this month?What are the thing you struggling with now in wholesaling?
