Hey! I currently have more leads than I can call each month…. Not the worst problem to have 👀but with that being said anyone want to hit the phones and team up? I’ll provide warm leads already skiptraced. All you have to do is pick up the phone and dial them 🤷🏻‍♂️ once there’s interest we will take care of the entire process start to close…. Anddd still give you a 50/50 JV fee. You’ll never have to see the house, deal with buyers, title companies nothing. This role would normally only pay you around 10% of the assignment fee but I’ll give you half and still do majority of the work 🥱

Looking for people ready to go make some deals happen in the following states.

TN , GA, SC, NC, Fl, and OH are the markets these leads will be coming from primarily.
