Found a Literal JACKPPOT
I was just scrolling on zillow on my laptop right now and I found a property in my market with a repair estimate of 51,000 ARV of somewhere around 300,000 which makes my MAO and LAO around 200,000
and guess how much he's asking...
175,000!!!!!!
that's literally a 91,000 profit & I don't even have to negotiate with him I put him in my CRM and I'll call him tomorrow and let's see what happens.
