Often times we feel a great connection with our sellers so much so that we ignore the numbers and give us a false hope that the market will bend becuase our seller is such a nice human being.

Man Forget your feelings! This is Business! Numbers never lie!!!

We make money when we buy not when we sell.

I recently locked up a deal $10k too high even though i had the numbers, I listened to seller and buyers want property for where my numbers initially where for dispo.

Its been so much headache that i now have to cancel.

Another wholeseller didnt even under write snd locked deal up based 100% on feelings and finds after he is $30k too high!!!

Focus On The Numbers And Never Divert From Them. Lesson learnt.
