Finding buyers
For those of you who have created a buyers list or have found buyers…what is your method for building that list?
Really curious about this because I see people say a lot of different things like when you lock up the contract post in Craigslist, FB groups, and contact realtors and ask if they have clients that want off market properties.
Any insight would be great!!
