For the past few months I've been working towards my first wholesale deal using all the wrong methods. For example, pulling a ton of poor quality list, spending too much time over analyzing, lack luster follow ups, investing in softwares with lil to no knowledge and piss poor phone skills due to fear. I've gotten some reps in but from here on out I am DETERMINED to do whatever it takes to reach my goals with wholesaling. I'm going back to the drawing board and starting from scratch with no money. I've recently pulled smaller quality government/D4D list and will hand dial/text going forward. I plan to use the triple tap method and I am hoping to see some type of return with smaller quality list and consistent follow up. It’s all about trial and error, and moving forward. For those of you who have created a buyers list or have found buyers…what is your method for building that list? Really curious about this because I see people say a lot of different things like when you lock up the contract post in Craigslist, FB groups, and contact realtors and ask if they have clients that want off market properties. Any insight would be great!!

one week calling, 12 hour shifts every night, calling every day, xleads owned for 3 weeks. today i got one. 30k assignment fee. done.

Once I decided to start calling everyday and stopped taking weekends off that's when things changed. I became more dialed into what I was doing. The routine started to get tight and strict. More focused. Mind clear with the vision. Clear with the purpose. All it takes now is Action!! Made 150 Calls tonight. 6 inbound calls. - 4 not interested. 3 wrong numbers. -finding the calls don't always get rerouted to my phone for some reason. Some do some don't.. 🤔 This call sesh had quite a few wrong numbers on it. 14 to be exact. Highest I've had. It's usually like 1 or 2 for every 100 calls. Had 24 picks ups. 6 hang ups And 2 sellers interested in selling. One wanting to sell and one Needing to sell. It's been a wild week!! Full of ups and downs. Excited to see what this next week has in store! 2 new leads added to the pipeline!! YOU CANT STOP ME!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!! LETS GOOOO!!!!!
