Emotional roller coaster of Wholesaling!

Doing follow ups on my 10 offers sent out, 2 property are pending, most of the other ones nobody answers the phone. It is so crazy to have properties for sell but nobody answering the calls.

This is exactly why, no celebration until check is in hand. It has not broken my stride. I will keep pushing on. However, this experience has many ups and many downs.

I don't think I shared, but I just won my social security disablity hearing! I am so grateful that means I never have to have another boss, thank GOD! SSDI allows for me to build my own business and then have my income evaluated after 9 months to see if it is steady (oh, it will be). Then obviously I will lose my disablity pay, which I am fine with.

It is just such an amazing feeling to know that I never have to have another boss! That has to be one of the things you are fighting for so do not give up! Keep pushing every day until you break free!
