I let go of my first deal that i had under contract. I have spent so much time ( 2 months ) trying to assign this deal after renegotiating and renewing the contract twice, I am moving on. No more Fear of Cold Calls, No More being picky and choosy and trying to hand pick each property and evaluate each one before i make a call to determine witch ones are the most likely to be a slam dunk, no more looking on Zillow and knit picking MLS listings in the same manner trying to rub elbows with the real estate agent to get on board with my low ball offer. I am done with it. I am going to pull the lists I am going to do the cold calling, I am going to do the text blast and direct mail campaigns ( got my printer and office set up ready) and I am going to do my email campaigns and I am going to be consistant every day and I am GOING TO WINNN!. I have got my dialer and CRM ready, got my LLC made, all i need to add to the picture is self discipline, will power and conviction. This is what i want to do and I know I am going to be successful, I am going to do this, I will not give up !
