Dealing with a difficult seller

Hi, everyone I have a deal in Detroit but the issue is is now she’s denying me access to the property and I can’t show my buyers. We agreed to one price but now she’s wanting to change it in the middle of the contract saying we’re not mutually agreeing which isn’t true she just wants more money. What is the best solution to do before my inspection period ends so that I can get my buyers through the property and close on this deal.
