Deal Assigned and Set to Close!
Go out there and lowball people! On Monday at 7am I shot a lowball to a home owner, we arranged a time to see the property at 5:30pm and I got it under contract! By 6:30pm the next day, we had the deal assigned at a 10k spread! By 10am the next day we had 2k EMD in.
