Deal Assigned and Set to Close!
Go out there and lowball people! On Monday at 7am I shot a lowball to a home owner, we arranged a time to see the property at 5:30pm and I got it under contract! By 6:30pm the next day, we had the deal assigned at a 10k spread! By 10am the next day we had 2k EMD in. If you have any deals needing to be moved anywhere near Chattanooga, or any major city in North Carolina, shoot me a message and we can get it moved!
