If you are following my "Days of Taking Action" you will realize my last post was 18 days ago. What does that mean? That means I have not done any prospecting in 18 days. This also means I am not running a business yet. When I stop, Work stops. Getting to a point where I can leverage others is the goal but I am not there yet. However I didn't take 2 weeks completely off.

Title work came back on a lead
A seller called back after 4 months.
Negotiations with a seller about 3 properties turned into 2 properties.

I will say the snow rolled through and I missed a lead. Seller went under contract with someone else on a 3 property portfolio. That was definitely a kick in the pants to get back on top of things. With the Ice storm passing over, i definitely want to get things back rolling. So following up with leads that I have while getting a deal under contract and sending out a contract on another on.

I feel like I am doing this thing backwards, but what can i say, I have to trust my guns and work the process. So far I am working on a personal journey of just being consistent.
