I made a huge realization today. For some reason when speaking with sellers I have had a tendency not to go for the close. Today when speaking with a seller. I got the email address and shy'd away from the thought of when I would send the Adobe Sign. I have never noticed it previously, but today I did. When a seller wants to sell. LOCK IT UP!! Give myself time to figure it out and go from there.
Im calling self sabotage. Sometimes locking up a deal is the hardest part. Get that out the way and see what happens. At least at that point I have a relationship with the seller. Dont be scared!!
