Hey everyone! Day 3 complete 💪

Today was a bit tougher than the first two — my usual nap-time window didn’t pan out because my two little ones kept alternating between sleeping and waking up. But I adapted and got some solid work done in the morning instead!

✅ Manually checked owners for 11 properties I found on Zillow from yesterday

✅ Skip traced about 7 of them

✅ Sent texts to 5 potential cash buyers

🏆 1 reply/ potential cash buyer

✅ Also spent time in Facebook Real Estate Groups — searched for “Cash buyer,” went through the comments, and reached out to several people.

🏆Got 1 confirmed cash buyer added to my list!

It wasn’t perfect, it was messy, and it took longer than I wanted… but progress is progress. Today was still a good day.

I’m learning to stay flexible and celebrate the small wins. Nothing’s going to stop us!
