Cash buyer………
Well, I have to say this has been one hell of an adventure with this Wickenburg property. Definitely a learning curve. Got drug through the inspection period by a buyer, then backed out on me. The sellers said they were willing to extend closing then decided they’re not going to. Went into hyper mode and started calling all the wealthiest buyers in Arizona. Got rejected by most of them, obtained somereally good cash buyers for different properties. Then I called this billionaire the other day and he answered the phone.………..😲 I had a great conversation with him told him about the property and I met his partner there today and it looks like we’re going to get this assigned before closing! Now I have one of the biggest cash buyers on earth! Praying that this goes through!🙏🙏🙏 all glory to God!
