I’m pulling lists from some central California counties. They fit the rule (Median Home Price less than $500,000 and population over 100,000) and one of the counties is only slightly above that home price. But I wanted to know if this is a good idea or if I’m wasting time. If a county fits the price and population rule, is it all good? Or is California uniquely difficult to get a deal in?
