Boots On the Ground (BOG) matchmaker post

I decided to make this post to help connect people with people who are willing or interested in doing BOG work in the markets they live in, or know of good BOG's in the area that are taking more business. We have a great group and a ton of people, so I think its a simple solution. I am in a pretty rural area in a state that isn't very investor friendly, so i work virtually, and know the value of having folks I can count on to go handle stuff on the ground. It can be anything as simple as doing a walkthrough of a property and making a video on your phone, to lockboxes, D4D, etc.

Even if it isn't something you are terribly interested in doing, and you are new, it may be a decent idea to do it for a while so you'll know what to look for and what to expect. It will also earn you a bit of cash to further invest in your business, while honing valuable skills.

So lets share the markets we work and those of you interested in groundwork, state the market area you'd like to do that.
