You’d be surprised how often old directories, business listings, or even court filings show up with contact info.
🔎 Step 2: Check TruePeopleSearch.com (free)
Plug in their name or address — often you’ll get a list of relatives and past numbers too. It’s fast and free.
📫 Step 3: Check Facebook or LinkedIn
Search their name and filter by city.
If they’re older, you might find their kid or spouse
-DM them respectfully.
🏛️ Step 4: Look up their name in the County Appraisal District or Property Records
Sometimes they have a mailing address that’s different from the property. That’s where your letter or call should go.
📞 Step 5: Cross-reference the mailing address in WhitePages.com
