Are you using AI to help with your business?
So far, I’ve used ChatGPT today to help me plan out my schedule to make $30k in driving for dollars ASAP. I think this was taught in the course, but ChatGPT reminded me that I should shoot for a little higher ARV if I want a bigger spread. Lately I’ve been going to areas with only $150k ARV. So today I’ll be going to areas with $300-$400k ARV. It also gave me zip codes to tackles!
