17 y/o from Switzerland – Need Help Starting Wholesaling!!!

Hey everyone,

I’m new here and could really use some guidance. I’m 17 (turning 18 in less than a week) and from Switzerland, trying to get started with wholesaling in the U.S. I’ve been learning a lot about finding deals and buyers, but I’m still a bit nervous about actually taking some action.

The part that worries me most is the legal side like contracts, earnest money, cancellations, etc. I don’t want to mess something up since I’ve never done a deal before.

If anyone here has experience and would be willing to share advice, or maybe even point me in the right direction for handling the legal steps as a beginner, I’d be super grateful.
