- Let that come out onto the page. Paint it, draw it, scribble it. Don't try to make it beautiful. Just let it be honest.
- When you're done, reflect on these questions: What am I trying to control or perfect right now? What am I afraid will happen if I release my grip? What becomes possible if I let go?
- Imagine releasing it into the Full Moon's light. Take one final breath and feel the shift.
