Starting this Sunday — and every Sunday after that at 3PM PDT — I'll be hosting a live weekly check-in call for everyone moving through the 7-Week Chakra Journey together!

These calls are casual, warm and completely judgment-free. Think of them less like a class and more like a weekly gathering of souls who are all doing the work together 🌸

Here's what to expect each week:

- A short opening to drop in and arrive together

- A relaxed check-in — how's the meditation landing? What's been coming up?

- Space to share insights, questions or anything that's been shifting

- Some collective energy and intention to close out the week
