How learning works here 🤍 This space has been created to be safe, grounded, and pressure-free. The free classroom section is here to gently support you as you begin to understand: - Awareness - Grounding - Calming the nervous system - Learning how to sit in your own energy - Simple, safe practices you can explore at your own pace - There is no rush, no expectation, and no requirement to “develop abilities”. Everyone’s journey is different, and the most important thing is feeling steady, supported, and safe. The practices shared here are foundational, not about trying to make things happen, but about learning to listen to yourself, settle your energy, and build awareness gently. Self-paced learning (optional) For those who feel ready and want to explore further, there will be a self-paced subscription option. This is for people who: - Want deeper understanding - Prefer to learn in their own time - Don’t want pressure or performance - Value grounding and clarity over rushing This level builds slowly on the basics and is designed to support long-term, healthy development. Live learning & mentorship (later this year) Later in the year, there will be: - A higher-level option with two live classes per month - A 6-month mentorship programme for those who feel genuinely called to deeper work - These levels are not about “being special” or rushing into Psychic or mediumship. Meditation
I've never been able to meditate. I've tried and tried. I have a friend who is a medium and she asked my husbands spirit what I could do to help me meditate. He showed her an image of him and I dancing. Since Bill's passing, he has communicated by sending me songs that say what he wants to say to me. So I began playing those songs through ear pods, in the dark, on my grounding mat and we dance and I usually cry. I love it but it didn't help me meditate. I realized that in a way, it is meditation. In that environment it's just him and I and I'm completely focused on just us. Those are the times I get the most profound messages and images from him. Those are the moments when I can focus on the present and feel him touching me, running his fingers through my hair, his hands on my back, his fingers on my face. I can feel his emotions as clearly as I feel my own. Even if I can never meditate in the traditional way, my Bill has given me the most precious gift ❤️ I edited to add a little background. My husband suffered a brain injury in 2008. Until his passing in December 2024 I was his caregiver. He needed very intimate care (he was incontinent, needed a feeding tube, had a speech aphasia, etc) so we became so very much closer, plus we had to learn new ways to communicate. I believe that those years prepared me to once again learn new ways to communicate after he left his body behind. So while I grieve his physical death, I'm relieved that he is free from those shackles, and I'm excited for what comes next in our Forever💜
self awareness exercise
I felt the sadness as completely boxed in my body. slumped over and hard to move on. The joy I felt was expansive and bright, felt in my aura. The joy was so open and beautiful, I felt in that moment I could move a mountain.
Meditation
Sad memory I felt heavy in my solar plexus and heart chakra. Heaviness in my abdomen and chest. Having a hard time releasing it Joy memory I felt light and bright in my third eye and throat chakras, my face felt light and tingling sensations.
