How learning works here 🤍 This space has been created to be safe, grounded, and pressure-free. The free classroom section is here to gently support you as you begin to understand: - Awareness - Grounding - Calming the nervous system - Learning how to sit in your own energy - Simple, safe practices you can explore at your own pace - There is no rush, no expectation, and no requirement to “develop abilities”. Everyone’s journey is different, and the most important thing is feeling steady, supported, and safe. The practices shared here are foundational, not about trying to make things happen, but about learning to listen to yourself, settle your energy, and build awareness gently. Self-paced learning (optional) For those who feel ready and want to explore further, there will be a self-paced subscription option. This is for people who: - Want deeper understanding - Prefer to learn in their own time - Don’t want pressure or performance - Value grounding and clarity over rushing This level builds slowly on the basics and is designed to support long-term, healthy development. Live learning & mentorship (later this year) Later in the year, there will be: - A higher-level option with two live classes per month - A 6-month mentorship programme for those who feel genuinely called to deeper work - These levels are not about “being special” or rushing into Psychic or mediumship. Signs of Inner Shifts and Growth
Hello lovely souls 🤍 Some of you may be noticing shifts in your energy lately feeling a bit out of sorts, more emotional than usual, extra tired, or needing more quiet time. Others mention things like pressure in the head, buzzing or ringing in the ears, or disrupted sleep. When we grow spiritually and emotionally, our awareness changes too. Sometimes that can feel unfamiliar while we recalibrate and settle into a new rhythm. The key is to stay grounded, hydrated, and gentle with yourself. Try to listen to what your body and intuition are asking for right now. Rest if you need rest. Journal if your mind feels busy. Get outside, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment. Remember, growth doesn’t always feel comfortable, but it often brings beautiful clarity on the other side. I’m hard of hearing but I swear I have been almost sensing sounds . I don’t know how to explain it . I did some meditation earlier today and I thanked my spirit guides and higher being for all they do. When doing meditation I saw a white light surrounded by a green haze. I felt tingles all over - particularly in my crown and in my legs /feet and this lasted a long time afterwards . It was a strange feeling but a peaceful one.
Introduction
Hi I’m Hayleigh. I’m 34 and I’m fairly new to my spiritual journey. I’ve just watched Wendy’s video and introduction to her spiritual journey and I relate a lot. I have a daughter with special needs. I’ve gone through a lot of abuse and trauma and have had to leave and start again with nothing. - I’m still and I had an emergency hysterectomy last year that’s resulted in me having a number of ongoing issues and permanent damage to my bladder. We are all stronger and more resilient than we know and recognise. I truly believe that these hard times make us into better people - we have more compassion and empathy. I just wanted to kind of share a little bit about me and say hello. Please feel free to chat :)
