Welcome. Pick one small thing and start there.
Wellness & AI SKOOL is for people whose body is paying for the hours spent managing digital life with AI. It has two halves that belong together: debunking AI mess (models, agents, skills, files, chats, tools, etc), and looking after your body while you do the work. I'm Gabe. I've practiced yoga since 1994 and taught professionally since 1998. Everything here comes from my own work. You don't need to go through the whole Classroom. Open one lesson, do the small task it gives you, and come back and tell us how it went. Lessons are added regularly, based on your questions. If your AI is a mess, start with "Clean up your AI mess with ICM". You make one folder and one plain note. That's the whole first step. If your body is paying for the hours, start with the Classical Sun Salutation sessions in "Looking after your body at the desk". Press play, go at your own pace, and see what you notice. Each lesson has a check-in in Lesson Check-Ins: what you tried, what happened, where you stopped. "I stopped at this step" is a complete answer. Folders, files and chat clutter go in AI Mess Solved. Sitting hours go in Looking After Your Body. Anything else goes in Ask Gabe. The folder method is Jake Van Clief's ICM; here you'll see how I use it in my own work. What I share about the body is what has worked for me and for hundreds of students. It isn't medical advice. What are you here to build, or what is one task you would love to make easier? Put it in the comments. I read and respond to every one.

How this SKOOL is built, and the worker that runs it
This is the film of me building the worker for this SKOOL, inside my own HQ folder, with Claude Code, one question at a time. The worker gets a rulebook and a CONTEXT file, and it sits inside a team of other workers, each doing one job. The folder layout follows Jake Van Clief's ICM, the Interpretable Context Methodology: one folder per job, with a plain note saying what lives there. Ry Mac is credited in the film too. If you want to see the method on a real project, this is it. It goes with the class "From files to SKOOL", which shows how the lessons here get made. What would you want to see me build next? Tell me in the comments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFDuhsu_tYo

Who is Leading this SKOOL
I'm Gabe. You can find my personal brand at www.GabeYoga.com. When I was a sophomore in college, back in 1994, I found a book called "Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" at the UNC-CH library. It changed the way I look at the world, and at mental and personal health. I was studying Psychology, and I was surprised that the book was not part of the curriculum. It was my personal passion to read and find out everything I could. There were no yoga studios or videos, and one book had 800 images of poses. Today, with so many teachers, videos and studios, it is incredible how accessible yoga and wellness are. Yet many people still feel confused about their health and well-being. The industry makes it confusing. New books on health and wellness often contradict the last one. That is why, in 2010, I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, after traveling to Thailand every year to study and practice Thai massage with Master Pichest Boonthume. Today I have over 25 years of study and treatments, and hundreds of hours training yoga teachers and Thai massage practitioners. I've practiced detox for 30 years, with 3, 10, 30 and 45 day detoxes. I still do the 3 and 10 day ones three times a year. In my experience, a body and a computer both get clearer when you take things out. Here I show you how I do that with each, and how you can try it in your own life. Please drop a hello and tell me more: - What makes you feel alive? - What physical challenges do you face? - What do you like about AI? - What wishes do you have for your life with AI?

Digital Wellness
One of the many hats I have worn over the years is the health coach hat. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011 and completed their advanced program the following year. IIN, as we call it, talks about nutrition a little like Jake Van Clief, who wrote a paper called ICM, talks about AI. Most people hear AI and think model. ICM asks us to widen the frame. IIN did something similar for me with nutrition. Most people hear nutrition and immediately think about what goes into their mouth: protein, carbohydrates, calories, vegetables, supplements. IIN introduced another idea: Primary Food. Exercise. Work. Relationships. Purpose. The premise, grossly simplified, is that what we eat is only one part of what nourishes us. Our relationship with food is influenced by everything else happening in our lives. I know I am compressing an entire philosophy into a few sentences. But I am not really trying to teach you about nutrition. I am trying to steal the frame. Because I think we need to do something similar with the word wellness. We usually associate wellness with the body. - Do I eat well? - Do I exercise? - Do I sleep enough? - How is my stress? But increasingly, there is another environment we inhabit for hours every day. Our digital environment. And I think it belongs in the wellness conversation. Your computer is a room you live in. One of my best friends lives in a house that, to me, feels incredibly cluttered. Records everywhere. Posters covering almost every inch of the walls. Boxes of memorabilia. Toys from when the kids were younger. Piles of magazines. Miscellaneous objects accumulated over decades. I would lose my mind. He and his wife are perfectly content. More importantly, they can find everything. Somewhere inside their brains is a perfectly functioning Rolodex telling them exactly where everything lives. My computer used to look like their house. - Files from a year ago. - Screenshots. - Short videos. - Random notes. - Half-written articles. - Five versions of the same manuscript. - Downloads I looked at once and never touched again.
