Write down at least 5 moments in your past where you successfully changed something: habits, skills, income, relationships, mindset, etc. Circle the one example that proves you can absolutely create this new intention too, because you already changed before. What old win are you using as proof that you can do this?

Day 10 – Clear One Limiting Belief Today is about honesty with your inner blocks. Take your intention and ask: “What part of me thinks this is not possible for me?” Write down the raw, unfiltered belief that pops up. Now rewrite it into a more empowering, realistic belief you can accept today. For example, from “I always fail” to “I am learning to follow through more often.” What limiting belief did you catch and how did you reframe it?

Day 6 is about thinking like the person who already has what you want. In your journal, write: “The future me who already has this… thinks / feels / acts like this.” Make 3 short lists under those three words. Choose just ONE behavior from your “acts like this” list and practice it intentionally today in real life. What is one behavior your “future you” practiced today?

Day 9 – Gratitude From the Future
Gratitude amplifies whatever you focus on. For 10 minutes, script as if your intention is already done and you’re looking back at it. Write at least 10 lines starting with “I am so grateful that…”.​Let yourself actually feel that gratitude in your body, even if your current reality is not there yet. That emotional rehearsal is powerful. Share one “future gratitude” sentence you wrote.
