Write down at least 5 moments in your past where you successfully changed something: habits, skills, income, relationships, mindset, etc. Circle the one example that proves you can absolutely create this new intention too, because you already changed before. By physically writing your 5 past successful moments science has shown this helps our brain to connect it to future success. Tip: After you write your past successes down, say them outloud to yourself. Reaffirm that Success energy with your Thoughts + Words to put into ACTion! Then circle the one example that proves you can absolutely create this new intention too, because you already changed before. What old win are you using as proof that you can do this?

Day 10 โ€“ Clear One Limiting Belief Today is about honesty with your inner blocks. Take your intention and ask: โ€œWhat part of me thinks this is not possible for me?โ€ Write down the raw, unfiltered belief that pops up. Now rewrite it into a more empowering, realistic belief you can accept today. For example, from โ€œI always failโ€ to โ€œI am learning to follow through more often.โ€ What limiting belief did you catch and how did you reframe it?

Clearing our blocks is like clearing the weeds from a garden. By doing it, we make room to GROW! My raw, unfiltered belief that pops up is but I haven't built the skill to do that yet. My Empowering realistic belief I am doing today is learning the first part of the new skill. By creating micro progress its momentum builds to Big Results!

In your journal, write: โ€œThe future me who already has thisโ€ฆ thinks / feels / acts like this.โ€ Make 3 short lists under those three words. Choose just ONE behavior from your โ€œacts like thisโ€ list and practice it intentionally today in real life. What is one behavior your โ€œfuture youโ€ practiced today?

Gratitude amplifies whatever you focus on. For 10 minutes, script as if your intention is already done and youโ€™re looking back at it. Write at least 10 lines starting with โ€œI am so grateful thatโ€ฆโ€.โ€‹Let yourself actually feel that gratitude in your body, even if your current reality is not there yet. That emotional rehearsal is powerful. Share one โ€œfuture gratitudeโ€ sentence you wrote.

Gratitude Opens and Amplifies whatever we are focusing on. For just 10 minutes feel, picture, be Grateful as if your intention is already experienced....and you are reflecting back on it. The Emotion you feel is the spark, the Energy In Motion which makes it powerfully real. I am Grateful for having a successful channel that contributes to people finding abundant success.

Week 2 is Emotion & Belief. Today you focus less on visuals, more on feelings.โ€‹During your 3โ€“5 minute visualization, pay attention to how your body feels as if your intention is already your normal life calm, proud, relieved, excited.โ€‹ Then write 3โ€“5 sentences starting with โ€œIt feels so good that now Iโ€ฆโ€, describing this version of you. What emotion did you feel most strongly today?

I've noticed by focusing more on "feelings" my visualization becomes more real along with my body experiencing it more deeply. Felt most strongly today a sense of uplifting purpose connecting to my future self. Remember E motion is Energy in Motion.
