Take your intention and ask: “What part of me thinks this is not possible for me?” Write down the raw, unfiltered belief that pops up. Now rewrite it into a more empowering, realistic belief you can accept today. For example, from “I always fail” to “I am learning to follow through more often.” What limiting belief did you catch and how did you reframe it?
