Day 10 – Clear One Limiting Belief
Today is about honesty with your inner blocks.
Take your intention and ask:
“What part of me thinks this is not possible for me?”
Write down the raw, unfiltered belief that pops up.
Now rewrite it into a more empowering, realistic belief you can accept today.
For example,
from “I always fail” to “I am learning to follow through more often.”
