One thing I’ve always admired about watches is how every detail matters, precision, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
In many ways, building a career is just like building (or collecting) a watch:
Every experience = a gear in the movement.
Every decision = a hand pointing us forward.
Every connection = the balance wheel keeping things in rhythm.
