How I track my watches

Inspired by all the guys that are tracking there daily watch wears and seriously reprimanded by

the committee chairman. I decided to build my own tracking system in a slightly different way because me and Excel aren't the best of friends. I used Airtable as the database with a series of forms to capture my data.

Step 1: I register myself as user ( 1st Pic )

Step 2: I use a form to capture all of my watches to the database. I enter the brand and the model number which will the trigger an AI agent to search the web and find the watch specs and add it to the database ( 2nd Pic )

Step 3: is where I enter my watch of the day, I can log multiple watches or select one watch for the whole day. ( 3rd Pic )

Step 4: On the 1st of the month I have a script run automatically to search the base for the previous months wear logs and rank them from most worn to least ( 4th Pic )
